| About Kelly-Hill CompanyCharles Kelly and Niles Hill, engineers for the Burlington-Northern Railroad, saw a need for a private contractor who could build, maintain and repair spur tracks from private owners up to the railroad right of way. With quality workmanship and superior service, their vision was fulfilled in 1955 with the creation of the Kelly-Hill Company. In 1987, Neal and Alice Houser purchased Kelly-Hill Company with the aim to improve service and increase the scope of the business. Since that time Kelly-Hill has become one of the leading providers of railroad service to a wide spectrum of clientele. With a dedication to great service as our goal, Kelly-Hill will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
